Website visits
This site is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and security events to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare’s own privacy information explains its processing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
The website does not currently install advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts and site artwork are served from the website. No marketing cookie banner is required by the site’s current configuration; this policy should be updated if tracking tools are introduced.
Business enquiries
The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. Its fields are not sent to a server, saved to local storage, or submitted by this website. You choose whether to send the message through your email app. If you send an email, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, business details, and message.
We use correspondence to respond to you, discuss a potential engagement, and manage an agreed business relationship. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material in an initial enquiry.
Publishing studio
The private studio uses an essential, secure session cookie for the person managing the journal. Drafts, published articles, and uploaded images are stored in Cloudflare D1 when the studio is configured. Login protection temporarily stores a hashed representation of an administrator’s network address and a failed-attempt counter. These records expire and are removed during subsequent login activity.
Public visitors do not need a login. Public articles and uploaded images are accessible to people who know their URLs; do not upload confidential files.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by our hosting and email providers to operate the site and manage correspondence. We do not sell personal information submitted in enquiries. If a client project needs additional services, access or processing arrangements are discussed as part of that engagement.
Retention and your choices
Business correspondence is kept as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information and any agreed engagement.
You can ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Your rights and any exceptions depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.
